10 May Sustainable PBC Board Member Tim Hullihan talks sustainable land use on June 5 in North Palm Beach
Our planet is huge, and we tend to think of it as having an endless supply of the things that sustain life. In this century, however, Earth’s population will surpass 10-billion people – a 25% increase over current population. All inhabitants will need access to clean air, clean water, and food to thrive.
How we use our planet’s habitable land areas now, and in the future, is a critical underlying factor to how we plan for Earth’s sustainable future.Timothy Hullihan holds a Masters of Architecture degree from Clemson University. He will discuss some of challenges and solutions to using our finite supply of land more sustainably so our planet can support a growing population well into the future.
We hope you can join us!
