Timothy Hullihan
Timothy Hullihan is a Florida licensed architect and holds a Masters of Architecture degree from Clemson University. He is the president of TFH Architectural Services, LLC, and has provided architectural services to governmental and private clients throughout South Florida since 1989. His current work comprises high-end residential projects and small to mid-range commercial developments.
Hullihan has served, and currently serves on several community boards, including The Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the City of West Palm Beach and the Planning Commission for the Village of North Palm Beach.
Hullihan, a third-generation native of Palm Beach County, is an avid blogger whose reflective posts explore topics ranging from All Aboard Florida and Pete Rose, to regional impacts of development at Vavrus Ranch. Hullihan joined the Board of Sustainable PBC to foster use of best practices in urban planning. “Some of the brightest minds in the New Urbanist planning world are right here in South Florida.
