Chris Staniszewski
Chris Callaway Staniszewski is a third-generation native of Palm Beach County. Chris is president of Gulfstream Appraisal & Consulting, a Jupiter-based residential appraisal firm. She holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. Chris received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Loyola University New Orleans and has spent her career in real estate, first as a licensed title insurance agent, then as a state-certified residential appraiser and a licensed sales agent. Her early work also included grant writing and office management at Palm Beach Marine Institute, a local non-profit organization.
Having been born in West Palm Beach and raised in the “small town” of Jupiter, Chris has a deep and abiding love for this little corner of the world on the Loxahatchee River. As an avid outdoors enthusiast, Chris says that love has resulted in a real sense of urgency to protect the unique natural beauty of Palm Beach County from being spoiled or lost forever. She believes we must balance developers’ interests with practices that maintain the environmental assets that families cherish, tourists appreciate, and businesses seek when attracting employees.
